Define Phase:

  • Defining project goals, scope, and stakeholders.

  • Developing a project charter and team formation.

Measure Phase:

  • Selecting key metrics and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Data collection techniques and measurement systems analysis.
  • Process mapping and identifying areas of improvement.

Analyze Phase:
